Independence is the self-government of a nation, country, or state by its residents and population, or some portion thereof, generally exercising sovereignty.
Does Sri Lanka achieved this?
இலங்கை ஜனநாயக சோசலிசக் குடியரசு ஒரு சுதந்திர நாடா? விடை தேடிப் புறப்பட்ட பொது தான் வலிகள் தெரிந்தன... நாங்கள் கடந்து வந்த பாதைகளில் இருந்த கல்லு முள்ளுகளுடன் இன்று ஒரு பெரும் பாறாங்கல்லே - அயல் நாடு அன்பு கரம், ஆதரவுக் கரம் தரும் என்று நாம் நம்பி இருந்த பழமை வாய்ந்த தேசம் - தடையாய் வந்து நசுக்குகிறது இலங்கையின் சிறுபான்மையும், ஆதி குடிகளுமான என் மானத் தமிழினத்தை.
என்னவென்று சொல்லி புரிய வைப்பது, உண்மைத் தாற்பரியம் விளங்கியும் வறட்டு கொள்கைகளுக்காய் எங்களை விழுங்கி கொண்டிருக்கும் இந்த வட நாட்டவரையும் இத்தாலிக்காரியையும்...
காலம் பதில் தருமா இல்லை எங்கள் பெரும் தன்மையை தூக்கி எறிந்து விட்டு நாங்களே பதிலை தேடிக் கொள்வதா??

ReplyDeleteI also think the same. but I remember my dad saying that we should go back home and educated the kids well as the new generation has no way to get better education.
At time, I struggle to decide what to do. but then made up mind as educating a generation is also a "வேள்வி"
yes triumph, you are correct. Let us do what we can do right now...
ReplyDeleteThe objective of the "வேள்வி" is our young genaration. At first it was us(it has been started by our elder generation to make our genaration as free birds, but still its continuing.). Now we have to continue it to next generation to keep up our cultural, traditional education with high tech education. Let us make a independent thinkers world in our Home.
